More evaporator coil …..

Evaporator coil and condenser coil are two basic parts of an air conditioner or heat pump. Different from condenser coil, the evaporator coil has a relatively complicated circuit design and the type of copper fittings is also more complex. YehJeh has 30 years experience of hvac coil manufacturing , and completely mastered knowhow and quality control on brass welding. Rigorous and 100% leak test before shipping ensure that product is leak free.

It is in the evaporator coil where the actual cooling effect takes place in the refrigeration and the air conditioning systems. For many people the evaporator coil is the main part of the refrigeration system and they consider other parts as less useful. The evaporators are heat exchanger surfaces that transfer the heat from the substance to be cooled to the refrigerant, thus removing the heat from the substance.

The evaporators are used for wide variety of diverse applications in refrigeration and air conditioning processes and hence they are available in wide variety of shapes, sizes and designs. They are also classified in different manner depending on the method of feeding the refrigerant, construction of the evaporator, direction of air circulation around the evaporator, application and also the refrigerant control.

Evaporators are made from aluminum and copper. Both these two materials have their own advantages and disadvantages. The aluminum and copper evaporator differ in the strength, heat conductivity, appearance and weight. YehJeh’s product use copper tube only because its advantages listed following: (1) Copper is superior to aluminum in heat conductivity (2) Copper is much easier to repair on field than aluminium. Many times, when aluminium coils are damaged they need replacement. (3) The coils made out of copper are much more stronger than aluminium.
